1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CourtSure ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Description of Service

CourtSure provides online educational courses designed to fulfill court-ordered or voluntary education requirements. Our courses include but are not limited to:

  • Anger Management Education
  • Theft and Shoplifting Awareness
  • Alcohol and Drug Education
  • Vaping and Tobacco Education
  • Parenting and Co-Parenting Classes
  • Other court-approved educational programs

Upon successful completion, users may obtain certificates of completion that can be submitted to courts, employers, or other entities as required.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Take responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, unless using the Service under parental supervision for juvenile court requirements.

4. Course Completion Requirements

To receive a certificate of completion, you must:

  • Complete all required course modules and content
  • Pass all module quizzes and the final examination
  • Meet minimum time requirements for each module
  • Comply with identity verification requirements if applicable
  • Pay the applicable certificate fee

Course enrollment expires 90 days after registration. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis by contacting support.

5. Payment Terms

CourtSure operates on a "pay later" model:

  • Course enrollment is free
  • Payment is required only upon course completion to obtain your certificate
  • All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe

Optional services such as physical certificate printing and rush delivery are available for additional fees.

6. Certificate Validity

Certificates issued by CourtSure are:

  • Valid for verification through our online verification system
  • Designed to meet court requirements in all 50 US states
  • Subject to revocation for fraud or misconduct

While our certificates are widely accepted, we cannot guarantee acceptance by every court, jurisdiction, or entity. Users are responsible for confirming acceptance with their specific court or authority before enrolling.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

  • Providing false identity or registration information
  • Having another person complete coursework on your behalf
  • Sharing account credentials or course materials
  • Attempting to bypass course requirements or time tracking
  • Using automated tools or bots to complete courses
  • Copying, distributing, or selling course content

Violations may result in account termination, certificate revocation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and platform features are owned by CourtSureor our content partners and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access course content for personal educational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtSure shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Court decisions regarding certificate acceptance
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, unless prohibited by law. Class action lawsuits and class arbitrations are waived to the extent permitted by law.
